Crave Lake Tahoe is owned and operated by me, Chef Alexis. You will work directly with me from start to finish. As you can probably see, I LOVE TO COOK! Not just one style of cuisine, but I like to cover the world map! I love a good challenge, and I love to express myself through what I put on the plate. People always ask me what is my signature dish or what I like to cook. Honestly, I love to cook what I am feeling. Food can be used as an expression or inspiration. Personal chef events inspire me because I get to share the experience of not only my creations with guests, I also get to enjoy their experience. Whether it's a wedding, bachelor or bachelorette event, a corporate retreat, a special occasion or people just wanting honest, fresh, creative food created by a damn good chef, I am there to serve. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I have done some big events with A-List clients during my 20+ year career. I have been in the kitchen my whole life, and I would love to come and cook in yours! My profession has allowed me to travel and experience food from all different regions when I am out researching, I get to travel and meet all walks of life, which I adore. I absolutely love what I do, and you will be guaranteed to taste it in the food!
